How can fitness be improved even if you don't have time to go to the gym?
Focus on small goals throughout the day (10 squats every commercial break during a tv show, 5 push-ups every time you get a snack in the kitchen, etc)
Hydrate often - General rule of thumb is to drink until your pee is clear
Eat lean protein at every meal
Get plenty of sleep
Try to keep your stress levels low
