I have always been a busy person, with a lot of responsibilities. I have two kids and a dog, and I also own my own business. So when I heard about Resilient Health, I was excited to check it out. I was happy to find out that they have an app with remote training capabilities. They created custom workouts and nutrition plans specifically tailored for people like me. And the best part is that it is super affordable.

Working out with Ryan was a life-transforming experience. I had worked out a few times here and there but over the past few years I had developed a “Dad-Bod”. In a few short weeks, Ryan had me getting back in shape and more toned than I had been in a long time. While he is an incredible motivator, I was even most impressed with his knowledge of sports anatomy and physiology. I was also amazed at the fact that I had injuries that I had for years, and he had the knowledge to fix them in several weeks.

I have bounced around to many different trainers over the years, and I must say Ryan is the absolute best I have ever had. He has a fun personality, cares a lot about me as a client and a person, and also keeps things fun and creative when it comes to working out.
I used to change trainers every few months, not totally happy with any particular one. That being said, I have now been with Ryan for about 2 years, and I don't foresee myself changing anytime soon.

I’ve always loved Ryan’s group training classes. I found the benefits far greater than an exercise class at a gym. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to work with a personal trainer. We worked together for 6 months, give or take. He worked with me to understand my goals and set me up with a program that was challenging, yet obtainable. It helped to give me great motivation to set out and achieve my goals. Very determined to help me reach my goals. Always ready to introduce new exercises to target the necessary areas to help build me up. He keeps pushing you even when you feel like you are done and there is no way you can do another rep, but not so far you get hurt either. He really took the time to get to know me as an individual and what I wanted to work on for me.

Atrophy and inertia are brutal obstacles - having a really good coach at least gives you a fighting chance. Ryan knows how to get the best out of me on some of my worst days. He has the experience to customize our workouts - so they are not overly repetitive but still effective. He re-introduced me to activities I used to love and had just forgotten about. Ryan makes our workouts efficient and I always look forward to our sessions. If you're thinking of getting some coaching, I highly recommend giving Ryan at Resilient Health a try.

Ryan is a great fitness trainer who can help you achieve your fitness goals. He helped me turn myself around and stopped me from going down a bad health path.
