I have bounced around to several trainers over the years, and I must say Ryan is one of the best I have encountered. It is clear how serious he takes his job, and how much he cares about helping me. He is not just a trainer in the 1 hour a week I see him. He gives me motivation to work out a few days outside of his sessions and always gives me the time of day whenever I have questions.
